The authorities in the Emerald City are again trying to capture the insidious Urfin Dzhyus, who, although he lost the army of wooden soldiers, but did not give up his bad habit - to spoil everyone’s life. In the hands of Urfin is now the magic book of the witch Gingema, which fulfills any desire of her master, which means the Scarecrow the Wise, the Brave Lion and the Lumberjack are in danger. Ellie, Toto, and their new friend Tim decide to help the people of Fairyland. Moreover Tim likes Ellie, but what can’t you do for love? For example, stupidity. But everyone makes mistakes, but few are able to correct them.
